The NBA FINALS are underway. In the EASTERN Conference, THE TORONTO RAPTORS are doing battle with THE MILWAUKEE BUCKS. The so-called "DRAKE CURSE" (look it up) has prompted ENTERCOM Top 40 WXSS (103.7 KISS-FM)/MILWAUKEE to take to TWITTER and announce, "Until the @Bucks beat the @Raptors – we are hereby taking a break from ALL #DRAKE music. We love us some DRAKE, but right now – we love the #Bucks more!" #BreakFromDrake #FearTheDeer."
OM/PD BRIAN KELLY says the temporary ban on the TORONTO-born rapper has picked up coverage on USA TODAY, NEW YORK POST, BLEACHER REPORT and even GOOD MORNING AMERICA!
RIGGS, of the RIGGS & ALLEY morning show, took to TWITTER to add, "NO MORE DRAKE ON KISS-FM. Oh – its a song that features Drake? Nope. Sorry. Byeee. We can’t take that chance."
The BUCKS took the first two games, while the RAPTORS took game 3 last night (5/19). The next match up in the best of seven series happens TUESDAY in TORONTO.
