KCMP (89.3 The Current)/Twin Cities Debuts 'The Current Rewind' Podcast

MINNESOTA PUBLIC RADIO Triple A KCMP (89.3 THE CURRENT)/MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL is launching a new podcast, "THE CURRENT REWIND," looking at MINNESOTA music.

The show is hosted by "THE LOCAL SHOW" host ANDREA SWENSSON and produced by CECILIA JOHNSON and kicks off its first season on WEDNESDAY (5/22) with an episode on RHYMESAYERS ENTERTAINMENT's SOUNDSET FESTIVAL. Later episodes will feature DULUTH band LOW, Somali star AAR MAANTA, and the ANDREWS SISTERS. The show will post eight episodes in its inaugural season, with a short break in the middle of the season.
