FRIENDS OF KHFM-RUIDOSO has closed on the donation of K240CN/RUIDOSO, NM to THE AMERICAN GENERAL MEDIA FOUNDATION. In addition, WORTH COUNTY COMMUNITY RADIO ASSOCIATION has closed on the donation of K276ED/ROSWELL, NM, also to THE AMERICAN GENERAL MEDIA FOUNDATION. The primary station for both translators is noncommercial Classical KHFM/SANTA FE.

And GREAT VIRGINIA VENTURES, INC. has closed on the sale of WPAK-A-W260DJ/FARMVILLE, VA to ROBERT E. PHILLIPS II for $1,100.
