CITADEL Classic Rocker KHKK (104.1 THE HAWK)/MODESTO-STOCKTON was silenced yesterday (12/27) at around 5:30a when 100mph winds toppled the station's tower, located on the ALTAMONT PASS. The station has been working to restore service.
