In MARCH, THE INFINITE DIAL 2019 report from EDISON RESEARCH and TRITON DIGITAL revealed that FACEBOOK usage with Americans 12+ has declined from 67% to 61% since 2017. That's a net loss of 15 million users who may not have deleted their accounts, but have otherwise dropped off the rolls of the world's leading social media platform.
That's why EDISON went back into the field to collect new data on FACEBOOK users, how they have changed their usage, and most importantly, why. Not only did they field a new survey, but they also interviewed current and lapsed FACEBOOK users to really understand the dynamics of these changes.
The companies will be revealing all of this, and more, in a new, free webinar called "The Social Habit 2019." Sign up for the THURSDAY, MAY 30th at 2p (EST) event for social media-related findings from the INFINITE DIAL, including a new and expanded section on the demographics of FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, TWITTER and other leading social media services. Look for fresh data from the field on FACEBOOK, and some very compelling videos of the FACEBOOK users interviewed.
