WYMS (88Nine Radio Milwaukee)/Milwaukee Names Three Artists For Backline Accelerator Programs

RADIO MILWAUKEE Triple A WYMS (88NINE RADIO MILWAUKEE)/MILWAUKEE and gener8tor BACKLINE has selected three artists for the first of its two 2019 accelerator programs, which provide intensive, 12-week music-industry mentorship and $20,000 grants.

The BACKLINE artists selected for Spring 2019 are singer, songwriter and rapper KAYLEE CROSSFIRE; rapper, multi-instrumentalist producer and performer KLASSIK; and sister duo REYNA. 

The artists were selected from 227 applications after five judging rounds that included
evaluations and interviews with local and national tastemakers and studio sessions.
