Noncommercial KCPW/SALT LAKE CITY GM CATHY IVES joins crosstown UTAH STATE UNIVERSITY noncommercial UTAH PUBLIC RADIO as GM, replacing RICHARD MENG, who retired in the SUMMER. IVES' experience includes stints at NEW HAMPSHIRE PUBLIC RADIO and other stations.
