RADIO ONE Urban WKYS/WASHINGTON, D.C. has appointed MIKE “SWIFT” POWELL PD, effective JUNE 10th. A veteran of stations in NEW ORLEANS and CHARLOTTE, among others, POWELL most recently programmed at FLINN BROADCASTING/MEMPHIS
