CUMULUS' long-rumored swap with CLEAR CHANNEL in ANN ARBOR and BATTLE CREEK, MI and CANTON, OH has been filed with the FCC, with CUMULUS sending WRQK/CANTON to CLEAR CHANNEL in exchange for WWWW, WTKA-A, WQKL, and WLBY-A/ANN ARBOR, WBCK-A, WBFN-A, and WBXX/BATTLE CREEK, and WRCC/MARSHALL, MI, and then spinning off WBFN-A to FAMILY LIFE BROADCASTING SYSTEM. The WBFN spinoff will be treated as a donation.
