Alabama Station Group Shuffles Ownership

GREAT SOUTH RFDC, LLC is selling six stations in ALABAMA to GREAT SOUTH WIRELESS, LLC for $100 and assumption of debt. PAUL H. REYNOLDS is a principal of both companies; the deal has the buyer taking over partner SCOTT ALEXANDER's interest and assuming some of his debts and obligations. The stations include WZLM/GOODWATER, WKGA/DADEVILLE, WTID/REPTON, WHPH/JEMISON and WEZZ/THOMASTON as well as the pending assignment application for WKLF-A/CLANTON.
