EMMIS continues its international activity by purchasing 66.5% of RADIO FM PLUS A.D. in BULGARIA for $3 million from the UK's GCAP MEDIA. RADIO FM PLUS is a national network of AC stations that also owns 40% of the Top 40 FRESH FM network.
EMMIS owns stations and networks in BELGIUM, HUNGARY, and SLOVAKIA as well as its U.S. holdings.
