CAPITOL NASHVILLE's DARIUS RUCKER hosted his 10th Annual "DARIUS RUCKER & FRIENDS" benefit show last night (6/3) at NASHVILLE's RYMAN AUDITORIUM. Proceeds from the show are donated to ST. JUDE CHILDREN'S RESEARCH HOSPITAL.
The concert included performances from LUKE BRYAN, BRETT YOUNG, KANE BROWN, SHERYL CROW, JIMMIE ALLEN, TRAVIS DENNING and a surprise appearance from LADY ANTEBELLUM'S CHARLES KELLEY. RUCKER and KELLEY chose to perform a duet, covering PRINCE's iconic song, "Purple Rain."
To close out the show, RUCKER performed his hit, "Wagon Wheel," alongside the rest of the performers from the night. The event, to date, has raised over $2 million for the research hospital. Find more information about ST. JUDE here.
