Paul Gallant Exits KILT-A (Sports Radio 610)/Houston

ENTERCOM Sports KILT-A (SPORTS RADIO 610)/HOUSTON morning "MAD RADIO" co-host PAUL GALLANT has exited the station.

In a Periscope video, GALLANT, who joined the station in 2011 as a weekend host and handled evenings from 2014 until joining "MAD RADIO" alongside MIKE MELTSER and SETH PAYNE a year ago, said that he had been waiting for a new contract since JANUARY but was subsequently told that he was "not a good fit" for on-air and would be reassigned to digital work, but that position did not materialize.

GALLANT added that he will continue co-hosting his TV show "JUST SAYIN'" with former FOX SPORTS SOUTHWEST host PATTI SMITH and GOW MEDIA Sports KFNC (ESPN 97.5) host JOHN GRANATO on crosstown independent KUBE-TV (KUBE57).

TLDR, today was my last day at 610. I wanted to stay. But I also want to go where I’m wanted. Where I’m a fit.

I have some hard feelings. But there are still some great people over there.
