SIRIUSXM RADIO, INC. is making a private offering of $1 billion of Senior Notes due 2029 to institutional buyers.
The company says that it will use the net proceeds initially to repay part of the outstanding balance of its $1,750 million Senior Secured Revolving Credit Facility due 2023.
