APEX MEDIA CORPORATION is selling Urban WALJ (105.1 JAMZ, LMAd to SUMMITMEDIA)/NORTHPORT-TUSCALOOSA, AL to TOWNSQUARE MEDIA TUSCALOOSA LICENSE, LLC for $700,000 and TOWNSQUARE MEDIA TUSCALOOSA LICENSE, LLC is in turn selling WTID (TIDE 102.9)/MARION-TUSCALOOSA to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $110,000. In the latter deal, TOWNSQUARE will retain the format and call letters and will continue to air in the market on WTUG-HD2-W265CG.
In other filings with the FCC, the price for which 3 HORIZONS MEDIA LLC is selling Top 40/Rhythmic KWEE (WE 96.3)/WEST LINN-PORTLAND, OR (operated by ALPHA MEDIA under an LMA) to WAY MEDIA, INC. is $3.5 million. The price was undisclosed when WAY MEDIA announced the deal YESTERDAY.
