PAUL COATES and MIKE HUCKABEE's EAST TEXAS RESULTS MEDIA, LLC is selling Country KZXM (94.3 REAL COUNTRY)/BULLARD, TX; Top 40 KFRO-F (FUN 95.3)/GILMER, TX; Spanish Hits KMPA (SUPER 103.1)/PITTSBURG, TX; and Top 40  KLJT (FUN 102.3)/JACKSONVILLE, TX to EDUCATIONAL RADIO FOUNDATION OF EAST TEXAS, INC. for $800,000. The stations will be converted to noncommercial status. EAST TEXAS RESULTS MEDIA bought the former WALLER MEDIA cluster for $1.2 million, taking over the then-silent stations in an LMA in 2017 and closing on the deal in MAY 2018.

In other filings with the FCC, CHARLES D. HALL (licensee) and UINTA BROADCASTING, LLC (assets) are selling Active Rock KMZK (X106.9)/CLIFTON, CO to WESTERN SLOPE COMMUNICATIONS' WSC-GJ, LLC for $200,000.

THE KBOO FOUNDATION has applied for an STA to operate K242AX/THE DALLES, OR at reduced power with a temporary antenna due to storm damage.

Requesting extensions of Silent STAs were CALL COMMUNICATIONS GROUP, INC. (WMKJ/TAVERNIER, FL, installing replacement transmitter; W299BJ/NAPLES, FL and W272BM/FORT MYERS BEACH, FL, relocating) and TANANA VALLEY TELEVISION COMPANY (KNLT/PALMER, AK, selling to someone who wants to move the station).

And GERALD R. PROCTOR has closed on the sale of K237HB/HUNTSVILLE, TX to CARLOS LOPEZ for $40,000.  The primary station is listed as STAR RADIO NETWORK Country KIVY-F/CROCKETT, TX.
