  iHEARTMEDIA Country WLLR/QUAD CITIES 1-6p weekday and 10a-2p SATURDAY host BO J. SPATES died in his sleep SATURDAY night, the station is reporting. No other details have yet been released.
  
  SPATES took over afternoons at WLLR in late 2015; he previously served as PD at Top 40 KUUL and Classic Rock KCQQ in the same cluster (2000-2009) before starting a multimedia promotion and marketing company.
  The station will air a tribute show in SPATES' time slot TODAY (6/10); WHEELAN-PRESSLY FUNERAL HOME in ROCK ISLAND, IL is handling funeral arrangements.
