ROBERT and TIFFANY CLUTTER are selling COFFEE COUNTY BROADCASTING, INC., licensee of Variety WMSR-A (THUNDER 107.9-106.7-1320) and W300BL/MANCHESTER, TN and W294CV/TULLAHOMA, TN, to JOSH and HOLLY PETERSON for $650,000 ($487,500 cash, $162,500 in monthly payments over 15 years).

In other filings with the FCC, SOUND IDEAS, LLC is selling Silent WULA-A and Silent WYDK/EUFAULA, AL to JEFF KIERCE's JDK RADIO, LLC.

LARDOG COMMUNICATIONS, LLC is donating Silent KROP-A/BRAWLEY, CA to THE VOICE OF INTERNATIONAL CHRISTIAN EVANGELISM, INC.
