Triton Digital Acquires Omny Studio

TRITON DIGITAL is acquiring podcast platform OMNY STUDIO for an undisclosed price. TRITON has been re-selling access to OMNY's platform as part of its offerings since 2017. The MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA-based company's team, including co-founders ANDREW ARMSTRONG and LONG ZHENG, are remaining with the company as it joins TRITON.
