Cumulus, Univision Execs Sell Stock

CUMULUS MEDIA INC. COO JOHN G. PINCH has sold 20,000 shares of the company's common stock, the firm reported to the SEC in a filing THURSDAY. PINCH got between $10.58 and $10.66 per share in the transaction.

Meanwhile, UNIVISION CFO ANDREW W. HOBSON has exercised options for 400,000 shares of stock in his company for between $15.69 and $17.06 per share, according to an SEC filing on WEDNESDAY. HOBSON immediately sold 302,770 of the shares for $35.35 to $35.38 per share.
