RADIO ONE Urban AC WRNB/PHILADELPHIA PM driver DEANNA WRIGHT is out. She is being replaced by former CLEAR CHANNEL Urban AC WDAS veteran afternoon host GARY SHEPHERD. SHEPHERD will have a co-host this time. She is DYANNA WILLIAMS. The new duo is scheduled to begin 1/8./07.
