INTERSCOPE RECORDS has promoted two Urban promotion executives. CLEVELAND based MIDWEST Regional REZA SARRAFIEH will become National Dir/Urban Promotion based in LOS ANGELES. KEINON JOHNSON, who was SOUTHEAST Regional Promotion Director, will assume the position of National Urban Promotion Director. JOHNSON will stay in ATLANTA.
