ACCESS.1 TEXAS LICENSE COMPANY, LLC is selling Spanish Hits KCUL-F (LA INVASORA)/MARSHALL, TX to SCOTTIE RICE's RCA BROADCASTING, LLC for $15,000.  In addition, ACCESS.1 LOUISIANA HOLDING COMPANY, LLC is selling Spanish Hits KSYR (LA INVASORA)/BENTON, LA to A.T. MOORE's COOCHIE BRAKE BROADCASTING LLC for $26,000. The stations were the final licenses held by the former ACCESS.1 group to be sold; a sale of WGYM-A/HAMMONTON, NJ to DOMESTIC CHURCH MEDIA FOUNDATION was granted but has yet to be consummated.

In other filings with the FCC, NEW LIFE ASSEMBLY CHURCH is donating Religion KUDI/CHOTEAU, MT to MOTA MINISTRIES, INC.

MT. HOOD COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT has applied for an STA to operate KMHD/GRESHAM, OR with lower power from a temporary site while TV repack work is done on its licensed tower.

TEPEYAC MISSION, INC. has closed on the donation of low power WPBV-LP/PALM BEACH, FL to WPBV-LP, INC.

And GERALD BENAVIDES' CLARO COMMUNICATIONS LTD. has closed on the sale of KBRN-A/BOERNE, TX to BONNIE CHAMBERS for $100,000 and BENAVIDES' GAB LLC has closed on the sale of K280GR/BOERNE, TX (formerly K268CR/SAN ANTONIO) for $50,000.
