ENTERCOM Classic Hits KLUV/DALLAS afternoon host BLAKE POWERS is the latest victim of as budget cuts and staff reductions after almost six years with the company.

"In JANUARY 2014, I began nights at then-Hot AC KVIL and in four months, earned it's highest numbers in 13 years and was promoted to PM Drive at sister Classic Hits KLUV," he said. "Starting at 16th place P25-54, in two years  I was #1, thanks in part to former traffic reporter/on-air personality DEBBIE SEXXTON. Such a fun and revenue increasing experience for all concerned.

"Thanks to Market Manager BRIAN PURDY, PD JAY CRESSWELL, and former PD RON HARRELL (PD/THE NEW WARM 106.9/SEATTLE) for believing in me and supporting my many successes in DALLAS," he continued. "I would like to stay in DFW, however am open to other Classic Hits, HAC, AC, Urban AC, or Country opportunities elsewhere."
