AURORA BROADCASTING LLC's SHIRE & SHORE COMMUNICATIONS LLC is selling currently Silent Triple A WVVE (95 WAVE.FM)/GRAND MARAIS, MN to MIKE OBERG and GEORGE MANUS' ZOE COMMUNICATIONS INC. for $30,000.

In other filings with the FCC, FLORIDA STATE UNIVERSITY has applied for an STA to operate W244BM/APALACHICOLA, FL with reduced power while repairs are in progress.

LILLY BROADCASTING OF PENNSYLVANIA LLC has requested an STA to operate WNAE-A/WARREN, PA with reduced power while its transmitter is repaired.

Receiver MARK C. HEALEY has filed to extend the Silent STA for WJTK/COLUMBIA CITY, FL, which has been placed into auction.

TILLMAN BROADCASTING NETWORK, INC. has applied for a Silent STA for WMLC/MONTICELLO, MS due to a lightning strike.

ALEXIS V. DEDELOW has closed on the donation of 49% of VAZQUEZ DEVELOPMENT, LLC, licensee of WJOB-A-W284CY/HAMMOND, IN, to her husband JAMES E. DEDELOW. JAMES DEDELOW now holds 79.6% of the company after the transfer, and ALEXIS DEDELOW holds 4.4%.

And VIRGLE LEON STRICKLAND has closed on the sale of Gospel WIRB/LEVEL PLAINS, AL to FABIOLA LEV and ARIK LEV for $5,000. ARIK LEV is an Israeli citizen and the deal initially required approval of foreign ownership from the FCC; after the sale approval was rescinded in DECEMBER by the FCC, the application was amended and ARIK LEV's interest was reduced to 20%.

Also, EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. has been issued a Notice of Violation for operating K271BZ/SANTA MARIA, CA at different coordinates from its licensed location. The station was found by agents to be operating about 11.3 miles away at a location closer to a third location to which EDGEWATER has applied to move.

FARR's BACKYARD BROADCASTING PA, LLC is selling Country WILQ, Hot AC WLMY, and Sports WWPA-A-W267BJ (ESPN RADIO 1340)/WILLIAMSPORT, PA; Rock WZXR/SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, PA; Rock WCXR/LEWISBURG, PA; and Classic Hits WBZD/MUNCY, PA to VAN A. MICHAEL's BACKYARD BROADCASTING OF PENNSYLVANIA, LLC for an undisclosed price. KALIL & CO. served as broker for the deal.
