New Blaster App Allows Users To Record, Share, Stream Audio On Demand From Smartphones

A new smartphone app aims to be a social network for audio, allowing users to instantly post and share audio on demand from their phones. BLASTER, likened to "TWITTER and PERISCOPE without the video," lets users record and release audio (including pre-recorded files of the user's choosing and streams) with the app to followers within BLASTER with optional sharing to FACEBOOK and Messenger, INSTAGRAM, TWITTER, and via e-mail.

The app also allows audio search functions, and users have the option to send out notifications to followers when new audio or streams are posted.
