CUMULUS MEDIA Top 40 WLTO (HOT 102.5)/LEXINGTON, KY ups PATRICK SCOTT to PD. He rises from his previous role as Promotions and Marketing Director for CUMULUS/LEXINGTON’s five radio stations, a position he has held since 2016.
