SiriusXM MLB Network Radio All-Star Coverage To Include Special For 30th Anniversary Of Movie 'Major League'

SIRIUSXM MLB NETWORK RADIO will air a special on the 30th anniversary of the movie "MAJOR LEAGUE" as part of its coverage of MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL's ALL-STAR GAME at CLEVELAND's PROGRESSIVE FIELD next week.
Besides the live broadcasts of the game itself (7/9), the Home Run Derby (7/8), and the Futures Game (7/7), the channel will air pre- and post-event coverage with CASEY STERN, JIM BOWDEN, JIM DUQUETTE, and RYAN SPILBORGHS; MIKE FERRIN and DUQUETTE will call the Futures Fame, with BOWDEN and GRANT PAULSEN handling dugout player interviews. The announcers will also participate in the channel's annual mid-season roundtable broadcast on JULY 9th.
The "MAJOR LEAGUE" special, "JUUUUUST A BIT OUTSIDE: BEHIND THE SCENES OF MAJOR LEAGUE," to air SUNDAY (7/7) at 2p (ET), includes new interviews with CHARLIE SHEEN, WESLEY SNIPES, DENNIS HAYSBERT, CORBIN BERNSEN, director/writer DAVID WARD, former LOS ANGELES DODGERS catcher STEVE YEAGER (a technical adviser on the movie), and CLEVELAND INDIANS executive BOB DIBIASIO.
On SIRIUSXM MAD DOG SPORTS RADIO, CHRISTOPHER RUSSO's "MAD DOG UNLEASHED" will air live from PROGRESSIVE FIELD on JULY 8th and 9th.
