New WXRT/Chicago Lineup Announced In The Wake Of Terri Hemmert’s Exit From Middays

As reported recently (NET NEWS, 6/24), ENTERCOM Triple A WXRT/CHICAGO on-air host TERRI HEMMERT is stepping back to part-time status at the station with JULY 9th being last day at the midday mic.

OM/PD GREG SOLK has now announced the new lineup: effective JULY 19th, the weekday schedule will be: LIN BREHMER and MARY DIXON from 5:30-10a.; RICHARD MILNE from 10a-2:30p.; MARTY LENNARTZ from 2:30-7p.; RYAN ARNOLD from 7p-midnight; and EMMA MAC from midnight-5:30a.

In a letter to the WXRT staff, SOLK wrote, “In my many decades in this business, I have never witnessed such an outpouring of love and appreciation for one of the greatest who has ever been behind a microphone, or more importantly for a truly caring and giving person who has spent most of her career giving back to the community that she loves so deeply."
