CUMULUS MEDIA Sports/Talk KNBR/SAN FRANCISCO has appointed SCOTT BRUBAKER General Sales Manager and Dir./Sports Marketing. Previously, BRUBAKER was President of the ALLIANCE OF AMERICAN FOOTBALL team the ARIZONA HOTSHOTS.
