In other filings with the FCC, VALLEYDALE BROADCASTING, LLC is selling KPVO/FOUNTAIN GREEN, UT to JJIE CORP. for $25,000. In addition, RAMS III is selling Classic Hits KWLO-A/SPRINGVILLE, UT and K260DS/PROVO, UT to JJIE for $300,000.

JOSEPH EVANS and TEDDIE EVANS are selling COUNTRY GOLD BROADCASTING, INC., licensee of Country KNEU-A and K228FR/ROOSEVELT, UT, to DAVID BARTON for $200,000 plus release of all obligations.
