The HOWARD HUGHES CORPORATION, owner of minor league baseball's LAS VEGAS AVIATORS, has signed a multi-year deal with SKYVIEW NETWORKS to use the latter's inventory management and live read capture software, AdView. The addition of the AVIATORS, the OAKLAND ATHLETICS' Triple-A PACIFIC COAST LEAGUE affiliate, gives SKYVIEW deals with three professional sports franchises in LAS VEGAS, following the NHL's VEGAS GOLDEN KNIGHTS and USL CHAMPIONSHIP minor league soccer's LAS VEGAS LIGHTS FC.
AVIATORS Pres./COO DON LOGAN said, “We are pleased to partner with SKYVIEW NETWORKS and bring a new level of technology to the stadium while we better serve our advertisers and various partners.”
We are thrilled to continue expanding across LAS VEGAS and into Triple-A baseball, and are proud to call the AVIATORS our newest partner,” said SKYVIEW Dir./Business Development SAM ZELASKO. “I am glad this franchise saw the value and efficiency that AdView can deliver to help them improve their play-by-play advertising process from start to finish.”
The AVIATORS, formerly the LAS VEGAS 51S, moved from CASHMAN FIELD in downtown LAS VEGAS to the new LAS VEGAS BALLPARK in suburban SUMMERLIN this season, gaining a new name and affiliation along with the ballpark, which recently won a BALLPARK DIGEST reader vote as "Best of the Ballparks" for the Triple-A level, minor league baseball's top rung. The team is heard on LOTUS Sports KBAD-A (AM 920 THE GAME)/LAS VEGAS, with RUSS LANGER, voice of the STARS/51S/AVIATORS since 2000, calling the action.
