WIP/Philadelphia 'Quest For The Best' Event To Pick Best Chocolate Creation In Area

ENTERCOM Sports WIP/PHILADELPHIA weekend host GLEN MACNOW's annual food hunt is taking on the challenge of finding the best chocolate creation in the DELAWARE VALLEY this year.

"QUEST FOR THE BEST: CHOCOLATE," set for SATURDAY (7/14) at the CASINO AT DELAWARE PARK GROVE in WILMINGTON, will pit eight local businesses -- 4 BRATS CHEESECAKES, AUX PETITS DELICES, CRAFTSMAN ROW SALOON, DEVOUR DESSERTS, ÉCLAT CHOCOLATE, FEDERAL DONUTS, MCNALLY'S TAVERN, and THE FRANKLIN FOUNTAIN/SHANE CONFECTIONERY -- against each other to determine the best. The judges will include WIP weekenders RAY DIDINGER and JON JOHNSON, sister AC WBEB (B101.1) host ANDREA DUFFY, former PHILLIES outfielder and broadcaster GARY "SARGE" MATTHEWS, former FLYERS goaltender BERNIE PARENT, BBQ pit master GLENN GROSS, and NBC SPORTS PHILADELPHIA's AMY FADOOL KANE.

The event will also include music from BREAKING BLONDE, a "“Chocolate Quizzo” trivia ontest with WIP's AVA GRAHAM, and speakers on chocolate's health benefits and decorating with chocolate.
