Nick Bahe Leaving KOZN (1620 The Zone)/Omaha

NRG MEDIA Sports KOZN-A (1620 THE ZONE)/OMAHA 11a-2p (CT) weekday "GAME TIME" host NICK BAHE has announced that he will be leaving the station after WEDNESDAY's show (7/17).

On his show MONDAY (7/15) and on social media, BAHE, a former CREIGHTON UNIVERSITY basketball player, said that he turned down an extension for several reasons, primarily due to his desire to move on to national basketball broadcasting opportunities. BAHE joined KOZN as a morning co-host in 2009.
 

Announcement: I'm leaving 1620. This is my decision. I was offered an extension but turned it down. There are a bunch of reasons for my decision but the big ones are my desire 2 attack my national basketball TV & radio dreams. Im ready 4 a new challenge & excited for what's next.
