Receiver STEVE J. FITZPATRICK is transferring Adult Standards KEIN-A/GREAT FALLS, MT to WAYNE E. FERREE's TIGER BUTTE BROADCASTING, INC. for no cash considerations. The station, formerly owned by MUNSON RADIO, INC., was put into receivership late last year.

In other filings with the FCC, TOWNSQUARE MEDIA has filed 69 separate applications for transfer of control to reflect the merger of its primary investor OAKTREE CAPITAL GROUP with BROOKFIELD ASSET MANAGEMENT, removing OAKTREE AIF HOLDINGS, INC. from the ownership structure and replacing it with OAKTREE AIF INVESTMENTS, GP, LLC and its parent ATLAS OCM HOLDINGS, LLC. The change does not change the individuals with control of the company.

Filing for STAs were CUMULUS LICENSING LLC (WRQX-A/SALEM, OH, reduced daytime power due to transmitter problems) and TOWNSQUARE MEDIA OF EL PASO, INC. (KROD-A/EL PASO, nondirectional with reduced power at night due to storm damage).

MRR LICENSE LLC has applied for a Silent STA for KGIR-A/CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO due to flooding.

MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY TRANSLATORS, LLC has requested an extension of its Silent STA for K294DB/COLORADO SPRINGS after its primary station, KJME-A/FOUNTAIN, CO, lost its site and went silent.

And LAMM MEDIA GROUP, INC. has closed on the sale of Full Service WTSB-A-W288DH/SELMA, NC to TRUTH BROADCASTING CORPORATION for $175,000.
