PODCAST UPFRONT, the traveling preview of offerings from major podcast companies, is in DETROIT TODAY (7/17) and will be in SAN FRANCISCO on SEPTEMBER 11th.

PODFRONT DETROIT at the GEM THEATER will include presentations by CADENCE 13, with Chief Revenue Officer NICK FREEMAN teasing the FALL slate with new docuseries, shows from C13's RAMBLE network, MALCOLM GLADWELL and JACOB WEISBERG's PUSHKIN INDUSTRIES (a music podcast with GLADWELL, "BROKEN RECORD," and YALE Professor LAURIE SANTOS' "THE HAPPINESS LAB"), and TENDERFOOT TV (a new anthology series); ESPN, with hosts SARAH SPAIN and DANIEL DOPP presenting; iHEARTRADIO; and NPR, with "IT'S BEEN A MINUTE"'s SAM SANDERS, "POP CULTURE HAPPY HOUR"'s GLEN WELDON and STEPHEN THOMPSON, and "INVISIBILIA"'s HANNA ROSIN and ALIX SPIEGEL discussing what's coming up for their shows in the new season and NATIONAL PUBLIC MEDIA's GINA GARRUBBO offering information on podcast listening and sponsorships.

Also on hand will be PODCASTONE, represented by CEO PETER MORRIS with cameos by ADAM CAROLLA, RICH EISEN, KAITLYN BRISTOWE, and others; STITCHER/MIDROLL, with CRO SARAH VAN MOSEL and CMO AMY FITZGIBBONS; and WONDERY, with CEO HERNAN LOPEZ. AUTHENTIC and PODCAST MEDIA MARKETING will also be on site.
