SUN AND SNOW STATION TRUST LLC is returning Rock WHFX (SOLID ROCK 107.7 THE FOX)/DARIEN-BRUNSWICK, GA to iHEARTMEDIA’s AMFM RADIO LICENSES, LLC. The station was previously divested in order to comply with ownership caps when iHEARTMEDIA proposed its reorganization plan in bankruptcy, but with the reassignment of Urban AC WSOL (V101.5)/BRUNSWICK, GA from the BRUNSWICK, GA NIELSEN market to YULEE, FL in the JACKSONVILLE market, the divestiture became unnecessary.

In other filings with the FCC, PAULINO BERNAL’s LA RADIO CHRISTIANA NETWORK INC. is selling Country KERB-F/KERMIT, TX to BRENDA C. DIAZ for a $150,000 note.

BRYAN FOWLER’s CUMBERLAND RADIO PARTNERS has closed on the sale of Oldies WVWB-A and W288DQ/CLARKSVILLE, TN to MIKE PARCHMAN’s CONSOLIDATED MEDIA LLC for $1 plus assumption of a $151,000 promissory note payable to previous owners HANK and GRACE BONECUTTER.

And GEORGE A. BUNCH, JR. has closed on the sale of his 45% of FOOTHILLS RADIO GROUP, LLC, licensee of Oldies WJRI-A-W263CP (JUST RIGHT RADIO), Classic Hits WKGX-A-W283CE (CLASSIC HITS 1080 AM-104.5 FM), and Country WKVS (KICKS 103.3)/LENOIR, NC to 45% partner DONALD W. CURTIS for $150,000.
