BAIR COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling Classic Hits WROI/ROCHESTER, IN to SCOTT HUBER's 3 TOWERS BROADCASTING COMPANY, LLC for $533,000 plus an LMA beginning AUGUST 1st. The buyer's REAL RADIO, LLC is also buying the station's real property for $55,000 and the transmitter site for $15,000.

In other filings with the FCC, GEORGE S. FLINN, JR. is selling Silent KWCA/PALO CEDRO-REDDING, CA to SOUTHERN OREGON UNIVERSITY (JEFFERSON PUBLIC RADIO) for $263,000. EDDIE ESSERMAN of MEDIA SERVICES GROUP served as broker for the deal.

JACKMAN HOLDING COMPANY, LLC is selling KFNZ/KUALAPUU, MOLOKAI, HI to HAWAII PUBLIC RADIO, INC. for  $110,000.

RED PEACH LLC is selling WUBR-A/BATON ROUGE, LA to ANA and FREDDY CRUZ's POWER 102.1 FM LLC for $25,000.

JOSEPH D. SCHWARTZ is transferring his 38% interest in STONE CANYON OF FLAGSTAFF, LLC, licensee of News-Talk KBTK (97.1 THE BIG TALKER)/KACHINA VILLAGE, AZ; '80s KFLX (REWIND 92.5)/CHINO VALLEY, AZ; Country KSED (KOLT @ 107.5)/SEDONA, AZ; and Classic Rock KWMX (96.7 THE WOLF)/WILLIAMS, AZ and its boosters in FLAGSTAFF and SEDONA, to 38% partner JOHN R. BECK, JR. in exchange for severance; SCHWARTZ exited the company in MARCH. BECK will end up with 75% of the company, with DANA WITHERS holding the other 25%.

And COMMUNITY BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of K254BE/OSAGE BEACH, MO to VIPER COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $50,000.
