BAIR COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling Classic Hits WROI/ROCHESTER, IN to SCOTT HUBER's 3 TOWERS BROADCASTING COMPANY, LLC for $533,000 plus an LMA beginning AUGUST 1st. The buyer's REAL RADIO, LLC is also buying the station's real property for $55,000 and the transmitter site for $15,000.
In other filings with the FCC, GEORGE S. FLINN, JR. is selling Silent KWCA/PALO CEDRO-REDDING, CA to SOUTHERN OREGON UNIVERSITY (JEFFERSON PUBLIC RADIO) for $263,000. EDDIE ESSERMAN of MEDIA SERVICES GROUP served as broker for the deal.
