WIP/Philadelphia's Big Daddy Graham Recovering From Spinal Surgery

Get well wishes go out to comedian and longtime ENTERCOM Sports WIP/PHILADELPHIA overnight host BIG DADDY GRAHAM, who landed in the hospital SUNDAY night with spinal cord trauma.

GRAHAM's daughter AVA told listeners on ANGELO CATALDI's morning show TODAY that her father suffered a "major trauma" to his spinal cord that "came on all of a sudden" and not from an accident or fall; after successful surgery TUESDAY at JEFFERSON UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL, doctors hope that GRAHAM will walk again, although as of this morning he remains paralyzed from the waist down.

GRAHAM (a/k/a ED GUDONIS) has hosted overnights at WIP for over two decades after first hosting a sports show at the short-lived WGMP-A (1210 THE GAME) in 1994-96.
