TOWNSQUARE MEDIA/LAFAYETTE, LA Market President MIKE GRIMSLEY has announced his retirement, effective WEDNESDAY (7/31), according to a post by News-Talk KPEL-F Brand Manager/morning co-host ROB KIRKPATRICK on the station's website.

TOWNSQUARE LAKE CHARLES, LA Market President BRAD BURLEY will move into GRIMSLEY's role as Market President for LAFAYETTE, which includes KPEL-F, Sports KPEL-A (ESPN 1420), Classic Rock KFTE (CLASSIC ROCK 105.1)Top 40/Rhythmic KHXT (HOT 107.9), AC KTDY, News-Talk KROF-A (TALKRADIO 960), and Country KMDL (97.3 THE DAWG). GRIMSLEY has headed the cluster since 1994.
