EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling K283BC/HOBBS, NM; K279CV/BURLEY, ID; K218EZ/POCATELLO, ID; and W227AX/MOREHEAD, KY to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $60,000.

EDGEWATER is also selling K232EB/HOT SPRINGS, SD to NELLY BROADCASTING, LLC for $15,000. The primary station will be Religion KASD/RAPID CITY, SD.

In other filings with the FCC, SPIRIT RADIO OF NORTH FLORIDA, INC. has closed on the donation of noncommercial WWLC/CROSS CITY, FL to UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA BOARD OF TRUSTEES.

And PETER TRAN has closed on the sale of K277CR/DURANGO, CO to SAN JUAN COLLEGE for $35,000.  The primary station will be noncommercial Classical-Jazz KSJE/FARMINGTON, NM.
