PR Firms Rogers & Cowan, PMK*BNC Merge

Two of the largest PR firms in the world, representing some of the biggest musicians, actors, and athletes, have announced that they are merging. The combined ROGERS & COWAN and PMK*BNC will represent a roster of over 500 individuals and 30 major brands.
PMK*BNC Chairman CINDI BERGER will serve as Chairman of the merged company, with ROGERS & COWAN CEO MARK OWENS as CEO and ROGERS & COWAN Co-President ALAN NIEROB to be Chairman of the Entertainment Division. SHIRLEY HUGHES will serve as President of the Brand Marketing Division as President, FRAN CURTIS and BRAD CAFARELLI will be Vice-Chairmen of the Entertainment Division, and BILL ROSENTHAL will be COO/CFO for the new entity, which will have offices in LOS ANGELES, NEW YORK, NASHVILLE, MIAMI, and LONDON and is part of the OCTAGON ENTERTAINMENT NETWORK of INTERPUBLIC's talent and marketing agency OCTAGON.
The roster includes ELTON JOHN, THE ROLLING STONES, KATY PERRY, SELENA GOMEZ, SEAN COMBS, the DIXIE CHICKS, TRISHA YEARWOOD, DENZEL WASHINGTON, STEPHEN CURRY, JAMIE FOXX, VIN DIESEL, and many more, plus brands including MCDONALD'S, SAMSUNG, YOUTUBE, VERIZON, MICROSOFT, PANDORA, MASTERCARD, AUDI, and HASBRO, among others.
