RCA artist and EL PASO, TX native, KHALID has announced plans for a benefit concert to benefit the families of the victims of SATURDAY's CIELO VISTA WALMART domestic terror attack in EL PASO that killed 21 and injured 24. KHALID announced his plans via TWITTER.
