TOWNSQUARE MEDIA ups BRIAN SINES to Market Pres./Chief Revenue Officer for its TEXARKANA cluster, which includes  KKYR, KPWW, KYGL, KMJI and KOSI-A. He will report to SVP TODD LAWLEY.
