SINCLAIR ABC affiliate KTUL-TV/TULSA Marketing Consultant JESSICA FOSTER has joined STEPHENS MEDIA GROUP's TULSA cluster as Director of Sales. FOSTER's experience includes stints with COX MEDIA GROUP in TULSA and ATLANTA, JOURNAL/SPRINGFIELD, MO, INTEREP/D&R, and KMOX-A/ST LOUIS.

"JESSICA has the well-rounded media eperience we need to maximize revenue in our TULSA cluster," said owner DAVID STEPHENS. "Her ties to the local advertising community and reputation for excellence adds to the strength of our cluster."
