THOMAS B. DANIELS is selling Gospel WJNI/LADSON-CHARLESTON, SC to KIRKMAN BROADCASTING INC. for $1.4 million. The buyer has been programming the station under an LMA since 2009.

In other filings with the FCC, EUREKA BROADCASTING CO., INC. is selling Adult Standards KURY-A-K287CF and Classic Hits KURY-F/BROOKINGS, OR to BICOASTAL MEDIA LICENSES II, LLC for $500,000 plus an LMA before closing.

JEFFERY M. JENNINGS is selling K261BX/PAGE, AZ to LAKE POWELL COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $12,500. The primary station is listed as Country KPGE-A/PAGE.

Receiver STEVE J. FITZPATRICK is transferring the license of MUNSON RADIO Silent KEIN/GREAT FALLS, MT to CREED EVANS' TIGER BUTTE BROADCASTING, INC.  The station, formerly owned by MUNSON RADIO, INC., was put into receivership late last year; a previous filing transferring the station to TIGER BUTTE was filed in JULY.

FATIMA FAMILY APOSTOLATE INTERNATIONAL, INC. has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for WQHC/HANCEVILLE, AL while it builds a permanent facility.

And EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the assignment of WTSE/BENTON, TN; WLOG/MARKLEYSBURG, PA; WHHR/VIENNA, GA; WJEP/CUSSETA, GA; WZXX/LAWRENCEBURG, TN and several translators nationwide to RADIO BY GRACE, INC.

INTERNATIONAL CRUSADE OF THE PENNY has been issued a Notice of Violation for using an uncertified transmiter at low power FM KLIE-LP/GARDEN GROVE, CA.

And LONG BEACH COMMUNITY TELEVISION AND MEDIA CORPORATION was also issued a Notice of Violation for failure to keep an EAS logbook or handbook on hand at low power FM KLBP-LP/LONG BEACH, CA.
