The ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC's charitable arm, ACM LIFTING LIVES, has announced its elected officers for the 2019-2020 term. The industry professionals who are stepping into their new roles are: FLOOD, BUMSTEAD, MCCREADY & MCCARTHY's (FBMM) PAUL BARNABEE as Chairman; PREMIER GLOBAL PRODUCTION's TROY VOLLHOFFER as Vice Chairman; Fridrich & Clark Realty's LORIE LYTLE as VP; WILES+TAYLOR & CO.'s DWIGHT WILES as Treasurer; and ACM LIFTING LIVES' TAYLOR WOLF as Secretary.
This term will be the first year these positions become effective in AUGUST. Prior officer terms were in effect from NOVEMBER to NOVEMBER.
"I’m honored to have served on both the ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC and ACM LIFTING LIVES boards for many years, and be a part of their continuous growth," BARNABEE said. "As Chairman, my aim will be to continue the good work of those who have served before me, improving lives through the power of music. I want to thank the artists who year in and year out generously give their time to LIFTING LIVES and the ACM board. I look forward to working closely with [Executive Dir.] LYNDSAY CRUZ and the entire ACM team to help LIFTING LIVES make an even bigger impact in 2020.”
