In other filings with the FCC, ANZA CIVIC IMPROVEMENT LEAGUE is transferring low power FM KOYT-LP/ANZA, CA to ANZA COMMUNITY BROADCASTING for no cash consideration.

Applying for STAS were DAKOTA COMMUNICATIONS, LTD. (KOKK-A/HURON, SD, operation at variance to pass a state broadcasters' association inspection); MEDIA ONE GROUP II, LLC (WFUN-A/ASHTABULA, OH, reduced power due to ground system problems for which the station needs financing to replace); and UNIVERSITY OF NORTHWESTERN-ST. Also, in deals yet to appear in the FCC database, IMMACULATE HEART MEDIA's RELEVANT RADIO has purchased nine AM stations and four FM translators in eight markets from SALEM MEDIA GROUP for $8.732,125. The stations were not disclosed but are in the BOSTON, ATLANTA, HOUSTON, DALLAS, SAN ANTONIO, ST. LOUIS, DENVER, and YOUNGSTOWN markets. RELEVANT RADIO bought WSPZ-A/WASHINGTON; Spanish Religion WKAT-A-W249DM (RADIO LUZ)/CORAL GABLES-MIAMI; Business News-Talk WZAB-A (AM 880 THE BIZ)/SWEETWATER-MIAMI; Spanish Religion WLCC-A/BRANDON-TAMPA-W282CI/TAMPA (RADIO LUZ); and Business News-Talk WWMI-A (AM 1380 THE BIZ) and the construction permit for W260DM/ST.
