Westwood One Launching 'Steve Gorman Rocks!' Weeknight Show

Black Crowes Drummer Steve Gorman Will Host

CUMULUS MEDIA’s WESTWOOD ONE is launching STEVE GORMAN ROCKS!, a new live weeknight show for Classic Rock radio hosted by THE BLACK CROWES co-founder and former FOX SPORTS RADIO personality STEVE GORMAN. The show will launch on SEPTEMBER 9th, 2019 on more than 20 stations live MONDAY- FRIDAY in all time zones.

GORMAN, the drummer and founding member of THE BLACK CROWES, will be serving up a fresh take on Classic Rock radio and the show will include audio and video content from APRIL ROSE, a well-known social media personality with more than two million followers. 

“I’ve toured the world for over 25 years, leaving a small piece of my sanity at every stop,” said GORMAN. “’STEVE GORMAN ROCKS!’ is a natural extension of the life I’ve lived. I’ve got a unique perspective on the rock music we all love and plenty of stories to share. We’re gonna have a blast!”

The Executive Producers of STEVE GORMAN ROCKS! will be TROY HANSON, who’ll lead the production team, and SCOTT JAMESON, from KQRS/MINNEAPOLIS, who will program the music.
