FORUM COMMUNICATIONS ABC affiliate WDAY-TV/FARGO Sports Director DOM IZZO is dropping his duties as sports anchor on the station's 6p and 10p (CT) newscasts to host a daily talk show on sister News-Talk WDAY-A-K226CL 9-11a (CT) weekdays starting SEPTEMBER 3rd.
The radio show, "HOT MIC WITH DOM IZZO," will also air in video form on WDAY-TV's WDAY'Z XTRA digital subchannel. IZZO, who cited family reasons for moving from TV to radio, will also continue to anchor the high school football show "FIRST DOWN FRIDAY" and call state tournament games for the TV station.
